[00:00:00] Tianna: Welcome back, Shannon. Always happy to have you and always excited to hear what's coming up astrologically. this first part of the year was pretty powerful. I feel like maybe we want to at least reflect on that and see what we need to take from that to look at the rest of the year.
[00:00:20] Shannon: Absolutely. And yes, hello. I'm so happy to be here with you too. I always feel really honored to get to come on your amazing show. And I appreciate all of the support. I meet so many people through you guys, actually, that I always like to see how the web weaves itself, whenever I have new clients coming in.
[00:00:39] And so many people are really tuned into Your broadcast and your channel. So thank you for doing that good work. And yeah, absolutely. I feel it definitely warrants a little bit of a review as far as, what we've experienced from the beginning of 2024 up till now. I don't know about you.
[00:00:56] Certainly I can speak to this personally. And a lot of my clients are still very much in an integration process from the massive eclipse that was of course, right here. And, we were in the crosshairs down here in Austin, Texas, the first half of 2024. I was thinking about when we were together in January and sort of some of the overarching themes that we knew that we were going to be embarking upon a very fiery year for several reasons.
[00:01:22] We knew that we had the big Aries eclipse, right? Aries fire, the warrior. We also know that all of the retrogrades, the Mercury retrogrades, are in fire signs. It's the year of the dragon, which blows fire, breathes fire. And so there's this overarching energy of the collective temperature has been heating up.
[00:01:44] And there is something that is very creative about fire. It's the initiatory energetic to activate creation. So there's that piece around The activation of our creative offerings, our dream seeds and those things that we have maybe been marinating it over the last few years.
[00:02:04] I've spoken about the themes to the last couple of years, I believe as being sort of this existential initiation time where we're getting more comfortable with being on this tight rope between the end and the beginning and really having to learn some new muscles around how we navigate this time of this great shift where the world as we've known it is dissolving in front of our eyes and we have the responsibility in our hands as we're waking up out of the illusion of powerlessness from the dark ages that, We are the ones that are the dream seeds.
[00:02:39] We are the way showers. We are the ones responsible for bringing into formation this entirely new template that we don't necessarily have a map for. So the last few years, I think have been a lot of coming out of trauma and shock for PTSD from 2020. Those of us that have been doing this work for decades, really being like, Oh my gosh, it's time.
[00:02:58] Like this is what we've been waiting for. We've been preparing for. And then 2024 felt like it's go time. And so the first half, it was very initiating with Pluto, of course, entering, ingressing into Quirius with the Sun on January 20th. And even though we had a taste of that energy last year for a few months, this is really the more overarching encompassing getting used to this new dynamic, which Aquarius, obviously the archetype of the new age, the next 2000 years, but Pluto being the last of the outer planets to enter it.
[00:03:32] Which also rules the underworld, the subconscious, the shadow, and so we're entering into this new age. It feels in shadow where we're definitely not to that utopian place that we all dream about whenever we fantasize about this new Aquarian time. And so we're actually having to do a lot of deep personal work as far as being the micro of the macro in order to clear out Pluto, right?
[00:03:58] Clears the underworld of anything that has been exhausted or repressed, or that's in shadow in order to really have a pure, refined network that we're going to be bringing online. So we've been in that energy. And then we of course had the big eclipses in april and May. And the eclipses were in the axis of Aries Libra, which is the relationship axis.
[00:04:23] It's also the axis of war and peace. And so what I've been witnessing in the field around is a lot of tumultuousness within relationship dynamics, a lot of old patterns being revealed that perhaps were shocking. People thinking that they had done all their work. And then being sort of slammed with some surprising, distortions or complexes, a lot of relationships breaking up, a lot of relationships ending.
[00:04:51] Also with the Aries, six planets in Aries during that eclipse portal, a lot of the toxic masculinity energy really rising to be purified, to be integrated and not just with the men, also within the women. So that's sort of my assessment of what's come before. And I feel like, you know, we're, we're really still in a position and in a place where, because with the eclipses, it's a six month period of integration before we actually move forward into the next evolutionary theme.
[00:05:23] Tianna: Yeah, so we still have a few months before the next
[00:05:30] Shannon: set of eclipses to look forward to. We do. So we have a few months. And so right now, here we're in July, I'm assuming this will go out sometime in the next few weeks. What it feels like is that several of the outer planets are now retrograde.
[00:05:46] So there was this sort of like. Off to the races energy, starting, revealing, accelerating a lot of the projects, a lot of the patterns, a lot of the healing, a lot of the new awarenesses. And now there's sort of like, well, an assessment period where we add on the journey. And this of course happens every year.
[00:06:08] The outer planets retrograde every year for somewhere between four to six months. And so Pluto, to start with Pluto started retrograde cycle May 2nd, and it will be retrograde till October 11th. So Pluto, again, the question is what's still hiding in the subconscious and now in Aquarius, Aquarius is the one mind.
[00:06:29] So it's the one mind, but it's also the individual path to. The evolution of consciousness. One thing that I'm also tuning into is that There's a splintering happening in the collective psyche. And we've seen this happening. We've seen this. This really began in 2020 with the sort of trauma of, everything that we went to with within the pandemic.
[00:06:51] And really, that was the beginning of the end in a lot of ways that I see as far as us really like moving into this downshifting into this more intense part of the alchemical process through the birth canal. But what I'm noticing is that. Pluto is bringing up the shadow of our own minds, of our own consciousness, which can look like complexes, fears, neurosis, personality disorders, paranoia, and then now we have Saturn and Neptune.
[00:07:23] In the last sign of the Zodiac, which is Pisces, so here, these outer planets, again, the outer planets affect us transpersonally, meaning collectively, the inner planets, Mercury, Mars, Venus, they affect us more personally. So, the outer planets of Saturn, which rules our 3D reality, it rules time and space, our structures, everything that we think is real and solid, is now in 3D.
[00:07:52] The last line, Zodiac, which is Pisces, which is everything that's not solid. It's everything that is not definable. It is, everything that's boundless and , has to do with illusions and experiences beyond the veil. So Saturn our 3D. Reality. In the final sign of the Zodiac is saying reality, as we have known it is changing.
[00:08:16] is ending, is dissolving, is becoming non reality, is becoming surreal. So it's kind of a mind bending paradox to have this, these two archetypes working together, structure versus, infinite flow or 3D time versus infinite time, reality versus fantasy. So we've got Saturn in Pisces and we also have Neptune in Pisces, which Neptune rules Pisces.
[00:08:40] And so there's this collective,, knowing that we're getting towards the end. And I wrote about this in my last blog. It's like, yes. And so the end, the end of what? Which infers the beginning of what? Right? So there's a lot of unknown. There's a lot of gray area. There's a lot of obtuse, nuanced speculation.
[00:09:02] We can sense, we can research, we can dream about the future, and yet we're all kicked back on our heels of realizing that this is maybe the biggest existential crisis of the last 2, 000 years to be standing at this cusp. Neptune has progressed now to the anoretic degree of Pisces, which is the very last degree of the zodiac.
[00:09:27] Shannon: So this is also a Amplifying our capacity to connect spiritually because Pisces is the mystical realm. It's like there's this juxtaposition between the old timelines. I mean, just to use the term that's getting thrown around so much, it's actually just the different levels of consciousness.
[00:09:47] And so we're simultaneously having to go through our own death of our own mental frameworks, our own, structures of reality that have been part of the program that give us a quote unquote perceived, experience of security, and also waking up to our infinite truth, our infinite selves, our capacity to be dreaming reality into being like we are waking up into realizing the responsibility is to become an awakened dreamer and to realize that these are The true higher principles.
[00:10:19] And this is how reality actually comes into formation. And so there's this real polarity between the two and , I should say the different levels of consciousness or the different timelines. And I'm watching people bouncing between them back and forth and myself included. And this is part of the initiatory process because we have to learn the path.
[00:10:38] So these retrograde cycles that we're in right now are asking us questions like, What is in your own life, the relationship between fact and fiction, between reality and illusion? , how are you, managing walking that tightrope between spirit and matter? We have this capacity to bring those dream seeds of the new earth into reality, but there's also this real tendency towards overwhelm, towards, , checking out.
[00:11:05] These are all shadows of Pisces and Neptune, and it's even a lot of spiritual bypassing, a lot of misuse of the medicines, false gurus, all those things. We've been talking about these things for a while, but I'm really noticing that there's an amping up of a real concern around people slipping off into danger zones and neurosis and people that are highly conscious people.
[00:11:28] So that's one of the big things right now. That's kind of overarching through the end of the year, the backdrop before we get into some of the more specific transits, which is where we'll go next, I says.
[00:11:39] Tianna: That's pretty big. Like you said, that's the existential, that balancing of our spiritual and material self. I noticed what you said, I'm a Pisces rising.
[00:11:48] And then the shadow aspect of when you feel overwhelmed, just kind of wanting to shut down. It's just like, ah, close my eyes and go into dream world. However, thinking of Saturn being there, I found that embracing the discipline of Saturn and doing little baby steps where I feel overwhelmed, taking little baby steps every day and adding routine.
[00:12:11] I think of Saturn helping me that way. I've been really embracing discipline, to help me get through my overwhelm. And so I think of whenever we have those. Polarities and those opposites. You can either look like, Oh my gosh, they're totally opposite and where they clash, or how can I integrate them together so that they kind of balance each other and they work together.
[00:12:36] And figuring that out for each of us, I guess, is the question. So I love that you just kind of threw some questions out there for people to embrace for their own journey and see how to work with that. Sorry. I always have like a million other questions.
[00:12:50] I was just going to say, Neptune moves really slow. Right. So when will we move out of that whole intense point of contrast right.
[00:12:58] Shannon: Well, let's see. So I think Saturn is retrograde June 29th through November 15th. Neptune went retrograde July 2nd and it's retrograde through November 7th.
[00:13:09] So I'm pretty sure that it's going to back up off the 29th degree here by a couple months from now, by September, it's back to 28. So it's going to dance back and forth, but I don't know that we're going to feel that big of a difference between it going back to 28 to 29.
[00:13:29] And just to emphasize your point, that's absolutely what I would suggest to any of my clients or anyone out there that it is about the moment. It's about the focus on we're creating the structure. So that's the discipline that you said, or we could call it a devotion. I think I've used that
[00:13:49] Tianna: nicer word.
[00:13:50] Yeah.
[00:13:50] Shannon: A lot of people have a lot of resistance to structure, right? Because we're wounded from the patriarchy. And so it's sort of like an invitation to something higher And then when we create that vessel, that structure, then we can have the magical energy to flow through it, and also that there's something about just chop wood, carry water, we can get overwhelmed thinking about, oh, my gosh, we have to build a new earth.
[00:14:14] That's a big job. No, actually what we have to do is just stay present, be in integrity, another Saturn word in alignment, another Saturn word too truth to, the frequencies of. The sacred, to live with intention and keep our minds focused on the beauty, just focusing on gratitude, just focusing on what's right in front of us, what brings us joy or what's our creative offering or our children , and that's the thing about being an awakened dreamer is that.
[00:14:46] A lot of people, in my realm are really tuning into a lot of the sort of the devastating blow by blow of the news. And while it's there and it's entertaining and it's a part of a reality, uh, fractal. It's not necessarily the highest use of our focus. so I guess the invitation is that when we're watching the news and we're maybe tuning into some of the darker agendas , is can you do it with neutrality?
[00:15:15] Because if not, you're just feeding that energy, right? Because really what we want to be emotionally charged with when we're thinking about or focusing on is, what's also growing exponentially as we're seeing the death and the shadow, like in our face, everything's being revealed, right? All the corruption, which is only going to increase.
[00:15:32] We're also waking up to The true laws of the universe of magical manifestation and the abundance that's available and instant karma, when we're in a tune to how abundant we are and how the universe responds to our coherence with the higher laws. It's pretty remarkable.
[00:15:52] Tim: You mentioned a few things that caught my attention earlier. You talked about this being like an initiation period. And I feel like that actually has been true for me in many ways. , I even found myself reading. initiatory texts recently, they just found their way to me and I'm like, Oh, I'm reading about being initiated spiritually and I keep finding this coming up to me.
[00:16:15] , but I feel like that is happening more on a collective level as well. And, and then you said, like this splintering, you mentioned this term, splintering of the collective psyche. And I feel like that's a really good way of putting what, at least what I'm seeing around me. , you also mentioned that it's exacerbating these kind of tendencies where people are experiencing like a psychotic episode, right?
[00:16:38] They're having these, episodes of just intense, like insane ness, it seems like. So, yeah. And I've even had that myself. And you know, I'm really sensitive to the full moon. When a full moon is approaching or when a new moon is approaching, I can tell. And I feel myself being agitated easier and just more energy and wanting to do more, just a speeding up.
[00:17:01] And I've noticed that other people do too, like approaching the full moons and new moons, people drive crazy. I've noticed it around me as well. But what I've seen recently is it's not just happening during these periods of the full moon or new moon, it's extending way outside of that.
[00:17:18] And it's just happening all the time. I see people being very aggressive where I wasn't noticing that before. And I think it's part of what you're saying, it's part of whatever is happening out there to all of us.
[00:17:30] Shannon: Yes, absolutely. It is. , and the volume has really been turned up this year. I'm recognizing this Pluto ingress into Aquarius, which rules the mind and Pluto is the subterranean underworld darkness shadow.
[00:17:47] And also just, , that we're in this time of acceleration of awakening. And so what's implicit in the process of awakening is the death of the ego. And so that can manifest in all kinds of distortions. Especially because, the consensus mindset, the framework of our reality, for a majority of people is devoid of.
[00:18:08] Shannon: spiritual connection. It's devoid of anything that has an innate relationship to soul and to evolution. And so,, as we're watching reality sort of dissolve in front of our eyes, there is this level of chaos that's likely going to continue to ensue on the planet. And that's really.
[00:18:29] Something that we're just going to have to witness and to trust, but it's also very exciting in some ways for the lightworkers and the healers, because this is why we're here. And there's going to be droves of people needing that anchor and needing that reflection of. Truth to be in the field of someone that has gone through that dark night of the soul and that can hold their hand and reflect the light back and so we're going to see, more and more of a need for that.
[00:18:58] , and so , this is where we get to all show up and trust that everything is happening in perfect timing and perfect alignment. But it's interesting to hear that you've also been experiencing that because it's been pretty pervasive from where I'm sitting over here.
[00:19:11] Tim: Yeah. And it's kind of like you mentioned as well. I'm not saying I'm a light worker or anything, but I've also noticed that I have been more patient in those scenarios where I encountering people experiencing something like that, these intense, I don't know what it is. Sometimes it's just aggression, but whenever I'm exposed to those people, I feel like The previous version of myself would have also been triggered and reacted to that, but now it's like I'm having more patience and I'm having this ability to see oh yeah, there's some part of me in them.
[00:19:42] You know what I'm saying? I'm seeing something in myself that I haven't also witnessed before. That's more patient and empathetic.
[00:19:49] Shannon: So that's a beautiful reflection of another one of the qualities of Pisces.
[00:19:55] Pisces is all about universal love and compassion and seeing ourselves as one human family and organism. And so that is certainly, I think, a necessary ingredient to being able to traverse through these darker times as we're moving out of this time of dualism, and the aggression and the division is at its highest, , the healing salve is actually going to be just what you shared.
[00:20:23] It's going to be Love, it's going to be instead of, “you maniac, I can't believe you're meeting aggression with aggression.” It's actually going to be that we use the polarity point to dissolve again. Pisces dissolves with the waters, with the ocean of universal, sacred energy and compassion as you put so beautifully.
[00:20:46] So I love hearing that. That's something that I hope to see more and more of from many people.
[00:20:51] Tianna: Yeah. Especially the men. No, just kidding. Sorry Tim. Go Tim.
[00:20:58] Shannon: Well, I'm not exactly sure when this is going to air and my sense is it's not going to come out before July 15th, but I want to go ahead and just mention , July 15th. No, right. Yeah, but I'm going to go ahead and mention this anyway. Because sometimes you learn about astrology by looking backwards.
[00:21:16] And also, if you two haven't heard about this, it'd be good for you to know. So July 15th, which is just what three days is Monday. There is a collision of energies in the sky, , with Uranus, the lightning bolt of change in the hands of destiny, or the storm, the ruler of Aquarius, Mars, right, the planet of fire and war are going to conjunct at the 26th degree of Taurus, along with a fixed star named Argol, which is known as the demon star. Oh, that's a lovely name. I know. I know. So this is a extremely volatile and malefic Alignment. And it's been kind of interesting because I've been getting information from non astrologers about this day as well that tune into those folks that do the, remote viewing, right?
[00:22:10] Okay. That they're all honing in on this day, this period. And of course, when we have an alignment that is exact on a day, it could be a day before, day after couple of days. It's an orb of time. Anyway, my point is that this is a time to, of course, you might be listening to this after the fact, but it'll be interesting to go back because Mars and Uranus is very explosive.
[00:22:33] Taurus is the Earth. This could imply some kind of explosion, unexpected conflicts, revolutionary acts , that could, result in death , with the Argol star there. So, just to you two , my dear friends take it really easy. Meaning just being out on the streets, , because,, I know , you guys are protected or whatever, but other people that are whatever splintered or not paying attention or whatever it could just be really important to find a little extra awareness around that.
[00:23:03] Tianna: ,I have a question around that since you brought that up. So when you know when you see that there's a, sort of. Malefic transit maybe, or alignment that's coming up. Do you think like, I mean, it's probably both right on one hand, like, Oh, these are the energies that need to bring up whatever needs to come up.
[00:23:22] And also, do you do extra spiritual protection and grounding and prayers and things on that day to sort of maybe counterbalance the effect , or what is your approach or perspective on, working with those forces,
[00:23:35] Shannon: of course. Yeah. It's both. And right. I tend to like, check out my family's charts and see where it's lining up.
[00:23:43] Is it aspecting something very directly in their chart, which would then inspire me to be a little bit more overt or direct with. Trying to control the elements, you know, if it's my children, for example, with Russell, I told him, he's been doing some work up north in a neighborhood.
[00:24:00] That's a little sketchy. And I just said, I'd rather you just be in Wimberley on that day. . So this is the power of astrology. This is why people use astrology and especially in ancient times. It's like, if you know, a storm is coming, you put on a raincoat, if you know, there's a war outside, if you can stay home, stay home.
[00:24:19] Yeah. And we also on the flip side, trust that an antedromia principle that sometimes we need that storm to wake us up to mobilize us into the new direction because we are inherently apathetic and, asleep as a humanity. We're still trying to get to shake and move and awaken and evolve.
[00:24:41] And that comes through that contrasting force oftentimes.
[00:24:44] Tianna: And I have one more follow up question about that too, because you mentioned this, the demon star and, I've noticed listening to astrology podcasts that more astrologers are talking about these, , stars or asteroids and things that maybe weren't mentioned as much.
[00:25:01] and I'm sure it's individual and personal for each astrologer. But do you see that playing a bigger role or becoming more popularized? And is it something that you then go and study more that maybe perhaps in the past hadn't? Or do you think these times are amplifying the effect of these stars or more that it's just kind of becoming popularized that people are talking about it more?
[00:25:25] Shannon: I think it's a little bit of both. I mean, in some ways in my practice. I feel like I have so much to offer from utilizing the planets and , my focus is really on, I think you can overwhelm with too much information, basically. So that's why if you put in all the fixed stars and all the asteroids into the chart, it's sort of like, whoa.
[00:25:48] Now, if I'm working with somebody over a longer period of time and we want to go deeper, then we might start looking at different aspects. I do think that It also has to do with someone's level of understanding. And also if there's this really powerful alignment with a particular star, like this one, then it makes sense because it's exact to the degree, then it makes sense to explore the archetypal energy of that, because there's no doubt that there's a synthesis going on with the energies of the other planets.
[00:26:19] And so, yeah, I, I'm not sure if that helps, but yeah,
[00:26:22] Tianna: absolutely. It was something that I'd kind of noticed, but not been super focused on, but I was just thinking like, yeah, I wonder what your perspective is on that. So thanks. You're sharing that. I guess we should dive into what's coming up.
[00:26:34] And yeah,
[00:26:36] Shannon: great. Okay. So well, we kind of already have. We talked about the backdrop in July, well, we're going to be moving into August. So we start August out with Mercury retrograde. So we're going to be in our second retrograde and it's going to be starting in Virgo, but going back into Leo.
[00:26:49] So, as I said, they're all mostly in fire. It's only in Virgo for a short time. And of course, with every Mercury retrograde, we're looking at the functionality of our life and with Leo, Leo, of course, is the sign that is ruled by the sun. So you can think about your gift to life. The sun as the giver of life, you know, without the sun, we're not here.
[00:27:11] So what is your gift to life? With mercury retrograde, we're going to reconsider, re evaluate, review. Are we living our light? Are we giving our gift? Leo rules, the heart. Are we feeling passionate about where we're putting our energy? If mercury rules, the functionality, it's like our rhythm.
[00:27:30] What are we doing? Sometimes we just get going and we're on the hamster wheel like, Oh. Why am I even doing this? That's the power of the retrogrades. It's a time to pause and reflect and reassess. Am I where I want to be? So that whenever the planet goes direct, you can have a renewal. You can have a new plan of some kind.
[00:27:48] So we're going to be looking at our creativity, our confidence, , Leo is the star. It's the golden child. It's like, Is there something obstructing that? Are we being too critical of ourselves since it's going to go through Virgo? Are we too perfectionistic? and so this is going to be I think a fairly, creative and potent retrograde because, I feel Leo is a very important archetype because it's the polarity point of Aquarius.
[00:28:12] And so we know we're moving into this Purusha mind, right? The evolution of consciousness into a more of an organismic consciousness where we're working together as as different organs of God of one organism. But the only way that organism will Operate in its highest effectiveness is if every person, every part of the body, the organs are expressing their gift are shining their light are giving their piece of the puzzle.
[00:28:41] And that's what Leo is. Is what is your contribution? So that feels like it could be really productive. And then we're gonna have a couple other shifts. Mars will leave Taurus where it's been for the last month and a half or so and enter into Gemini. Okay. So this is going to be interesting. Once we enter into August, well, actually right after Mars enters Gemini, there's going to be a mutable cross and those cross squares are conflictual, they're intensified energy.
[00:29:10] It's going to be, Mars in Gemini, it's going to run into Jupiter. I don't know. How much you remember, but Jupiter entered, Gemini in May and it's going to square Saturn. And there's going to be this tension between, , the expansion and the future and the information and the old Saturn, the consolidation.
[00:29:30] And what are we keeping? and so the reason why I feel like this is important because this is right around the time when the political conventions are going to really be getting amped up. And Mars, of course, the warrior, again, is one of the themes, Aries, for the year. Entering Gemini, which is information and square it with amplified Jupiter.
[00:29:48] Also, the shadow of Jupiter is overzealous, false information, false beliefs, dogma, it's squaring Saturn. And so there can be just a lot of risk of, false information, self righteousness, scandals, , basically we're going to watch this circus unfold because we know that Pluto, as I said, it started its retrograde back in May, is actually going to retrograde back to the death degree of Capricorn during the election season.
[00:30:18] Okay. So Capricorn rules the system. Capricorn rules the patriarchy. This is going to be the last visit for Pluto. It's going to go back and remember Pluto is the shadow in the underworld. September 1st it goes back to the 29th degree of Capricorn where it's going to stay until November 19th. Right during election season.
[00:30:39] So it's going to be revealing this, the depths of the toxicity of the corporate greed and the patriarchy and the distortion. And I think it's going to be, you know, expect the unexpected, it's already such a complete, Mind scramble of what's going on. I personally don't get too involved in that level of reality.
[00:30:59] I see it all is just a bunch of cartoons, but from a witness perspective, seeing through the eyes of illusion, it's quite comical. And it's also,. It's a necessary part. This time of the revelation of how intrinsically diseased and flawed and toxic of our roots of our system and our world has been for 2000 years.
[00:31:22] It's going to be gross. it's going to be like purging and just Pathetic, which is good because it's so overt that it's going to have the impact on even people that have been bulldozed and programmed and mind controlled because it's so in your face of like the ridiculousness of all of it.
[00:31:44] Right? So that's going to be quite entertaining. On a personal level, , as far as like Pluto going back to that final degree of Capricorn, we know we're going to be given this opportunity to sort of final exam at looking at our own tendencies or dependencies on power outside.
[00:32:05] Capricorn, , that's the system, right? So when we think about it as being the micro of the macro and us doing our own personal work, Pluto in Capricorn has revealed where we are still projecting the authority outside and that can look like. It's time to grow up maturation. Where are you codependent?
[00:32:24] ,Saturn ruling Capricorn in Pisces. Where are you delusional? Are you waiting for somebody to come and save you? Or you think that the system is going to somehow come in and, so it's like this last push to realize that there's no fast track.
[00:32:38] There's no easy route. Like we have to be the mountain goat. And it's also goes back to healing our mother and father wounds. So it's like, we're still doing that. And of course, the Capricorn Cancer axis squares the Aries Libra axis. So whatever's been exposed in this time where the nodes have been in Libra Aries, affecting our relationships, right, since summer of 2023, coming to a climax with this last eclipses in this spring, has roots in the square of the mother father dynamics.
[00:33:10] A lot of our old childhood wounds. are still. It's like, God, I thought we're, you know, it's like this opportunity to pull those final weeds, to pull those toxic roots out. , and it's to take on our own authority. So that's September, it goes back there and , the next day, actually September 2nd, that new moon in Virgo opens the eclipsed gate. Then, for the next six weeks, we know, during eclipse season, everything speeds up. The grounds become unstable, the higher forces come in, and this is the time of the quantum leaps where the evolutionary clock shifts.
[00:33:46] in a very dramatic, sometimes unexpected way. The same day that that new moon opens the eclipse gate, Uranus stations retrograde. So there's a lot there in that first, September 1st and 2nd of shifts. Uranus, of course, that lightning bolt can be like some shocking information coming in. Same day, September 2nd, Mars squares Neptune.
[00:34:08] So there's something around those first few days of September that I feel like is going to be pretty dramatic. And then Mars enters Cancer, so it leaves Gemini, and it enters Cancer on September 4th. So this is important because Cancer is the sign where we're actually going to end up the end of the year, which we'll touch on again in a moment, where Mars is going to retrograde.
[00:34:38] So Mars and Venus, they retrograde every other year. Mercury, of course, retrogrades three times a year. So it's much more rare. And we're going to end 2024 with Mars going retrograde in cancer. And so when it goes retrograde in cancer, it means it's going to be there for four months. going on into 2025.
[00:34:57] So this September 4th ingress of Mars into Cancer is going to be like the preview. You're going to start to get some of the themes, which I think I'll circle back to that, here in a minute. And then of course, the first eclipse. So September 17th is going to be a full moon lunar north node eclipse at 25 degrees Pisces.
[00:35:19] This is important because remember all the eclipses have been in Aries Libra for the last year and a half. So now we're about to have this collective shift of the fate and the destiny of humanity move out of the relationship axis and into the axis of Virgo. South Node, Pisces, North Node, which is the existential axis.
[00:35:42] It's the axis of spirituality. It's the axis of healing. It's the axis of the integration of heaven and earth. So all the themes that we've been talking about with the outer planets being in Pisces are kind of preparing us for what's going to be sort of the main production for the next year and a half because all the eclipses will be in those signs and this is something that I will write about in more depth, but again, it's going to be about how we balance mind and emotions, mind being Virgo, the analytical, the earthly realm, the organizational principles, everything being in its place.
[00:36:22] And we feel like we have everything under control to the emotional realm of Pisces, which is The storm of everything that is unpredictable. It is , the boundlessness, the infinite, the great mystery. So again, extremely creative opportunities to harness and to bring spirit into form. Also, a lot of vulnerability for those people that are not.
[00:36:45] grounded. A lot of, existential potential for, more of that splitting, more of the escaping. And so we'll have a year and a half to work , with these energies. The second eclipse, of course, because they come in pairs. It will be October 2nd and it's a new moon and it's the final eclipse in Libra.
[00:37:07] So this is really important because it's like the final chapter of the book that we have been writing since when the nodes moved into Aries Libra, which was the summer of 2023. So I feel like this is a really, powerful and beautiful, potentially opportunity for anchoring down these new relationship templates, all the work that we've been doing to clear out our codependency or our toxic, relationship patterns, , or our,, complacency and , our people pleasing versus being in our truth.
[00:37:42] That's another Libra area. We've been working on that really, really hard for a year and a half now. There's this rebirth of this balance. between the polarities. That's at 10 degrees Libra. And also just to remind that the nodes switch sign go into the same axis of polarity every nine years. And so 2015 was the last time that we were working in this axis of polarity of Libra Aries.
[00:38:12] October 2nd is the final eclipse in Libra and And so I know that a lot of us have done a lot of big work. So I'm looking forward to that one personally. And then the full moon that closes the eclipse gate will be October 17th, which is two weeks later. It's an Aries, very, very, very powerful, intense full moon.
[00:38:32] It's also a grand cross and it's bringing back in again, this Aries fire, possibly chaotic, , energy. and I'm going to pause here in a moment, because it's kind of a lot to take in at one moment, but. November 3rd, Mars is going to oppose Pluto. That's a very, very extreme malefic alignment as well.
[00:38:51] Mars being war, Pluto being the underworld. And so that's just another hot date kind of lay low around the November 3rd. But , My sense is that it's really going to be playing out on the world stage with, , Mars being the masculine, Pluto being the shadow in Capricorn, , at that 29th, that death degree of Capricorn, this sort of like manipulation, anger response, power struggles, secrets being revealed, oppositions tend to always be relationship dynamics.
[00:39:26] It's like two people. So in your own chart, for example, if you have some strong oppositions, then those are relationship dynamic patterns that come up for you to reconcile. yeah, so., I'll pause there for a moment, see if you guys have any, any comment.
[00:39:44] Tianna: , no, I'm just taking it all in. Yeah. What about you, Tim? I was
[00:39:46] Tim: just going to say, it seems like this whole background of what's going on astrologically is throwing fuel on the fire of this whole election year. Right. So, and it happens like all right.
[00:40:00] During that time. So. Yeah, I know it'll be interesting to see how people react , to what you're saying to all these energies being there, because, the way you were explaining it seems like those are exactly the kind of things that are, The touch points of a debate like a presidential debate those are the things that people really butt heads about are exactly what you were saying Especially the part like in september where all that stuff is gonna be happening in september Yeah I don't know how, especially here in America, how people are gonna treat each other during that time.
[00:40:37] Shannon: Yeah, that's an interesting point because,, I know we're talking about, 2024, but something that I wanted to touch on a little bit, Which y'all mentioned now is that, you know, of course with Saturn and Neptune approaching the end of the Zodiac of Pisces That means that they're going to be entering into Aries, which is the first sign and They enter in conjunction at zero Aries in 2025 next year and 2026 which is Massive implications, and it is the birth of a new era.
[00:41:13] Also, Uranus enters Gemini next year. Those two alignments in itself, historically, have been the markers for the initiation of war. The U. S. Revolutionary War, the Civil War, and World War II all began under Uranus and Gemini. So, this Notion of treating each other, what I feel like , is building is that the illusions are dissolving and more and more people are going to be waking up to the mind scramble and the deception and the corruption so that.
[00:41:52] As the old guard tries to grip into their last, , breath of holding and trying to manipulate, there's likely going to be some kind of an opposition that's going to rise. I mean, we can already feel that happening, right? And especially if there's an attempt , to try to employ some other ridiculous agenda on us, right, there's going to be no choice.
[00:42:15] So, I think that this is likely also what's in the zeitgeist, which we're navigating on a collective subconscious level, which is creating the unrest. Is that we are aware that it's probably going to get more difficult before it gets better. And all that to say that, I really always like to emphasize, because I know some of this can sound really intense and scary from a 3rd dimensional perspective, but we got to remember that.
[00:42:41] We're infinite beings. We are not just straddling the ages, which is typical between the ages. There's world wars, pandemics, chaos, but we're straddling the dimensional states. And when we are in the right frequencies attuned to the higher, higher sacred codes and energies, in a lot of ways, we're exempt from a lot of this third dimensional chaos, because we tap into synchronicity.
[00:43:06] And to infinite opportunity and support and creativity and abundance. And then we are creating pods. We are creating nodal points, communities where we are actually living in a completely different reality. I mean, they're happening simultaneously. This is, the intersection of the different timelines happening.
[00:43:25] , time being that it's nonlinear. This is why it's so important that the focus of the one mind for those of us that are here in to employ this new paradigm are that we're strategizing. We're putting our energy and our resources towards cultivating and maintaining
[00:43:41] these little, sections or communities of higher consciousness and sustainability that we can rely upon each other while this other destructive part , is occurring because it's going to have to. And, I think it's important that we don't get overwhelmed in the sense , of worrying about all the things that we're going to have to figure out because we're always going to be guided and shown.
[00:44:04] And, yeah, so , there's that , I always want us to look a little bit ahead as far as what's next. And
[00:44:12] Tianna: I'm glad that you brought that up about next year, because yeah, . People could be thinking like, okay, I just need to get through this presidential election and all the craziness.
[00:44:22] And then we'll be into a new year. And then to realize like, , what you started off with talking about the retrogrades and this time of going, , inward and asking ourselves these questions while Neptune and Saturn are in Pisces, so that just puts it all More perspective, how important it is for us to do that now.
[00:44:41] And if we make that, , deep spiritual connection and we create, , this devotional, the loose structure or container, , for our, , spiritual embodiment, , to lead us through. Then it sounds like, yeah, I see this bigger picture of okay, we need to do that work now and kind of establish ourself in the right space energetically and in our community and so forth.
[00:45:06] And then we need to kind of be the observer and ride out what's happening towards the end of this year. And then boom, next year might be more intense and we need to really step into, , like you said, shining our light, sharing our gifts and helping those that might be, too overwhelmed from whatever's happening.
[00:45:24] So yeah, I think it's helpful to look at least in that short term, big picture, like you're saying, I also know like, man, anytime, nowadays I can't make a very big plan for myself or for my business because the energy, all of this unexpected stuff just keeps happening. And so you can't really
[00:45:42] make a big plan because , it's keeps evolving and shifting, but certainly just to kind of have a bigger picture to be able to navigate. I think it's really helpful.
[00:45:51] Shannon: Absolutely. Yeah. , yeah, it is challenging to think, you know, like our parents, like what's your 10 year goal? Survive. No, I'm just kidding.
[00:46:01] , but I do feel like there's a lot of wisdom , In preparing for the unknown, right? Diversifying our income, , having extra reserves of certain supplies and things in case there is some moments of instability. And also to say that if it were to come to some kind of a. More of a chaotic state that we have to traverse that that also would unfold over time.
[00:46:24] So we would have time to. Adjust, prepare, strategize, move you know what I mean, , this is not, , this is a marathon. When we think about these longer cycles that we're shifting out of like , an epic, an eon of time, they're 2000 years. So, you know we can relax into this a little bit as well.
[00:46:46] Right? Because I know a lot of us have had moments of panic. It's like, oh my god, something terrible is going to happen on this date. And it's like, everybody runs out and does, oh, then nothing really happens. , it's sort of like, yeah, , it's both and.
[00:46:57] Tim: Mm hmm.
[00:46:59] Shannon: So, okay, well, looks like we're kind of wrapping up the year here.
[00:47:02] We're in November. So, November 19th, Pluto re enters Aquarius, where it will stay for the next 19 years. We'll not go back again to Capricorn and we will be marching forward. , November 25th, we will have our last mercury retrograde cycle through December 15th. And this time in Sagittarius, which of course is another fire sign.
[00:47:25] And the way that I understand this is that of course, we'll be reevaluating. What is Sagittarius about? It's about our belief structures. So we're probably going to be blown wide open with a lot of crazy, , elements being revealed during the election. And then it'd be like, Holy cow. Now what ? Like, , who knows?
[00:47:46] Right. But I feel like we're constantly being asked to reassess our version of reality and where we're focusing because of course our beliefs create our thought loops, which create our reality. And, our biggest mission and goal right now is for us that are the awakened dreamers is to all have our eye on the horizon.
[00:48:09] And so we need to clear out any obstructions that could be in the form of thoughts and beliefs. So that'll be, , through the last couple of months. And then December 6th. Is when Mars will turn retrograde. So it will be briefly in Leo. , and then it's going to go back to cancer. Like I said, it's going to be there for four months into the next year.
[00:48:32] And cancer is, it's interesting. So when it's Mars retrograde, Mars is, the warrior energy. It is the masculine energy. It is the I am. So when we think about masculine energy, , it's our action. It's what we're going after. It's what we're willing into being our willpower, what we're manifesting.
[00:48:52] And so with a retrograde, we're going to be questioning that like, Oh, well, where am I really going? Maybe things are changing and I need to change courses. Like I thought I was going to, this was important. Maybe, maybe we need to actually go down this road. And with cancer, it's a reevaluation of our security.
[00:49:08] Our home, our roots, our family, it's , a tendency to consider the protection of our home, our family, our security. So that's kind of interesting too around, like,, if things were to intensify in the world stage, , , that would, , of course, make a lot of sense that we're kind of like, Hmm, you know, we might need to remap our course here for our priorities for the next year.
[00:49:31] It'll be an emotionally fiery time. Mars is not really happy in cancer. , yes, the waters and the emotions and Mars just wants to be, productive and in action. And so there may be some sort of, well, just, intensity. It could be anger, it could be things like that, that are going to be part of the equation during that period.
[00:49:51] And that's pretty much the final main aspect of the year. And then, like I said, when we move into next year, then big shifts, big, big shifts with the Saturn Neptune conjunction, moving into, , Aries and Uranus moving into Gemini. So we'll talk a lot about that in January.
[00:50:15] Tianna: Yeah, I mean, it's exciting, though, when something big happens, and we don't know what it's going to be.
[00:50:20] , it could create something big and positive, not necessarily, , scary.
[00:50:26] Shannon: Yeah, I mean, absolutely. It's going to be both and it's going to be us. Taking the reins restructuring the leadership and hopefully Neptune spiritual leadership
[00:50:38] Tianna: and
[00:50:39] Shannon: more of the autonomous leadership. And it's absolutely going to , have that whole other end of the spectrum of it being miraculous for those that are attuned to
[00:50:49] that frequency to that channel.
